Blueberry pie.
So for Thanksgiving I made blueberry pie, but we didn’t get that far. We’re eating it now: pie shells, blueberries, sugar, tapioca, and chaat masala (a green mango/tamarind-based mix; I got mine premade).
It works YUMMILY, but on a level that’s hard to pick out specifically. So, like, the perfect secret ingredient. But I’ll probably double down on it next time, so I can actually taste it.
My mouth still does that thing where cats go /mlem mlem mlem/. So I can tell the mix is there
