We found one we want. We found one we want now…I think anybody who saw the house (and who knows us) would say, “Yes, that is a Lee and De house.” The back yard needs work, but that’s OK, because I need to be able to mess with something, and messing overmuch with the interior of that house would be like erasing the memories of someone’s first kiss. I hope I get to meet the current owners; first, I want to see who would do something this amusing to a house, and second, I want to know what the hell the space under the indoor stone fish pond is for.
We’re going to try to orchestrate an initial offer tomorrow. Good Lord, might this house schtick actually work?
