Yesterday was a bunch of errands. It was cooler out in the morning, which meant that a) some damn bugs found me and I ditched yoga early, but b) I did extra walking.
This morning was cooler, too, but for some reason the bugs didn’t hunt me as viciously, so I got through most of it AND I went walking for a while.
Me: Hey.
Guy at bus stop: Hey. Walk safe today.
Me: You too.
Guy: [BEAMS!!!!!]
It was so stinking adorable. I’m going to choose to believe that he was practicing Talking to People today. Ray does that sometimes.
I found a teeny park with a pond and took pictures of some weird ducks but the photos were bad. I guess living in Florida means leaning how to take better photos on cloudy days, because that’s when you’re out and about.
I’m finally regaining some flexibility in my forward bends and more balance in my tree pose–but now the Warriors are super woooobly. It’s usually the other way around.
Story thoughts this morning were a bunch of minor things. I’m trying to figure out how to start delineating a conspiracy through one character’s hidden files.
What files would he have hidden?…Oh, I know what HE would have hidden….OH SHIT. Some of that information will need to be concealed from a third party that has stronger nerd skills than the character with access to the other character’s hidden files.<–all of that, while texting yet another character who’s flirting.
The scene is tricky but it’s a pleasant problem to have.
