Inspection completed. Most pressing: wiring/electrical issues and the 19-year-old water heater. In light of quick closing, accepted money against issues and going ahead. Roof good, foundation good, one side of the house needs to be repainted, and the attic is getting too hot and they’re venting the bathroom directly into it. Nothing major other than
